With approximately 40% travel, this role provides a unique opportunity to directly impact high-value energy infrastructure projects, work alongside seasoned capital markets professionals, and contribute to a growing portfolio that includes philanthropic and mission-aligned initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a high-volume executive calendar across global time zones and strategic priorities
  • Coordinate deliverables across legal, financial, and investor-related transactions
  • Draft, organize, and maintain executive reporting materials, deal briefs, and communication assets
  • Act as the internal and external liaison for the CEO-protecting time, access, and focus
  • Provide operational and logistical support during key events, board meetings, and investor engagements
  • Identify bottlenecks and proactively streamline workflows to maximize executive productivity
  • Travel with the CEO (~40%) to high-priority engagements, both domestically and internationally

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 5-7+ years of executive support experience, ideally in private equity, finance, or real asset sectors
  • Demonstrated success supporting C-level executives in high-output, fast-moving environments
  • Strong writing, communication, and presentation preparation skills
  • Highly organized, execution-focused, and skilled in managing multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Exercises sound judgment, absolute discretion, and professional poise under pressure
  • Operates with a "no task too small, no challenge too big" mindset
  • Comfortable managing complex, multi-stakeholder logistics and confidential information

Compensation & Benefits

  • Top-decile compensation package for executive support roles nationally
  • Performance-based bonuses, long-term incentive participation, and bespoke travel opportunities
  • Full suite of benefits including healthcare, paid time off, travel allowances, and more
  • Opportunity to work directly with top leadership on high-impact deals and philanthropic initiatives
  • Fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a strong mission-driven culture
