Turning Point for God is the broadcast ministry of Dr. David Jeremiah and exists to deliver the unchanging Word of God to an ever-changing world. Using Dr. Jeremiah's teaching, we capture, curate, and communicate Bible Strong content through the power of media to share the Gospel with theological and creative excellence. Dr. Jeremiah is committed to teaching the entirety of God's Word to the world, and his teaching is delivered in multiple languages to approximately 3 billion people across the globe through Turning Point's various media channels.
To accomplish this mission, more than two hundred staff across various disciplines are committed to sharing the Gospel and Bible Strong teaching through Turning Point. Position Summary
The Donor Engagement Coordinator plays a key role in growing and strengthening our community of recurring givers—individuals whose faithful, ongoing support sustains the mission and ministry of our organization. This is a highly collaborative and execution-focused role, working with the Marketing Director to create compelling campaigns, optimize recurring giving strategies, and deepen donor relationships through intentional communication and stewardship. Reporting to the Marketing Director, this role helps coordinate recurring giving efforts that support long-term ministry impact.

The expected salary range for this position is $29.00 - $33.00 an hour. The actual compensation offered will depend on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience, skills, and location. In addition to base pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Program Growth & Optimization
- Partner with the Marketing Director to analyze donor data and identify opportunities to grow our monthly giving community.
- Recommend and implement strategies to improve donor retention, increase average gift amounts, and maximize donor lifetime value.
- Adapt and test messaging to inspire recurring giving engagement across digital and print channels (email, social media, website, direct mail).
- Collaborate with communications and development teams to integrate recurring giving into our broader storytelling and donor journey.
- Plan and coordinate recurring giving campaigns from start to finish—managing schedules, deliverables, and cross-team communications to ensure timely and effective execution.
- Managing a strategic communication plan while optimizing engagement.
- Monitor key metrics such as sign-up rates, donor retention, and gift volume.
- Create regular reports with insights and recommendations to help improve future campaigns and inform ministry decisions.
- Develop a deep understanding of the recurring giving process within our organization.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless, Spirit-led experience for monthly donors—from onboarding to ongoing stewardship.
- 3+ years of experience in nonprofit fundraising, development, or donor communications (Christian ministry experience a plus)
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to version messaging across platforms and audiences
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; familiarity with fundraising CRMs or marketing tools is helpful
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategy accordingly
- Passion for advancing Kingdom impact through effective fundraising
- Personally aligned with our organization's Christian mission, values, and statement of faith
