ABC Seamless, a leader in residential remodeling and exterior solutions, is seeking an experienced Window Foreman to join our Field Operations team. As a Window Foreman, you'll lead window and door installation projects, ensure top-notch craftsmanship, and deliver an exceptional experience to our valued customers. You'll supervise a small crew, maintain quality standards, and be the on-site face of our company. Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• Lead and supervise one or more employees on window and door installation projects.
• Perform hands-on installation of windows, doors, and trim to meet company standards.
• Use metal brake equipment to wrap windows accurately and professionally.
• Read and interpret project specifications and customer requirements.
• Ensure safety compliance on every job site, including use of required equipment.
• Communicate effectively with customers and staff to provide excellent service and resolve issues.
• Maintain job site cleanliness and organization.
• Track project progress, report updates to management, and complete required documentation.
• Train and mentor new installers or apprentices to build their skills.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience installing windows, doors, and trim.
• Proven ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Experience using a metal brake to wrap windows.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and coworkers.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 speeding tickets on record.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday - Friday

Work Location:

Projects based in North Dakota with travel required as needed.
