The Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished Financial Planner / Relationship Manager who already excels in serving high-net-worth households and is ready to step into a true thought-partner role. You will collaborate directly with our senior Wealth Managers, leading sophisticated planning engagements and becoming a primary advisor to select client relationships. Your voice will influence firm strategy, investment philosophy, and process improvements as we scale.

How You'll Contribute

  • Advanced planningdesign, model, and present comprehensive strategies spanning tax, estate, risk, charitable, and multi-generational wealth transfer.
  • Co-own the client relationshipserve as the first call for complex questions, proactively surface opportunities, and coordinate with attorneys, CPAs, and other specialists.
  • Drive investment conversationsprepare nuanced trade recommendations, translate portfolio positioning into clear client narratives, and help refine our investment policy.
  • Elevate our platformidentify workflow enhancements, mentor junior planners, and contribute to the intellectual capital that distinguishes Avion Wealth.

What Sets You Apart

  • 2+ years of progressive experience in comprehensive financial planning for high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth clients.
  • Series 65 (or 7 & 66) in good standing required.
  • CFP certification highly valued.
  • Understanding of estate-planning structures, tax optimization, and sophisticated retirement distribution strategies.
  • Proven ability to translate complex analytics into compelling, actionable adviceboth in writing and in the boardroom.
  • Familiarity with Tamarac and/or Salesforce is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $75,000 $90,000 (commensurate with experience) plus production-based bonuses and service overrides.
