Aegis Worldwide is assisting a client in the Chicagoland area (Northwest suburbs) in finding their next President & CEO of their organization. The ideal candidate has the following experience:
- 10-20+ years of experience in machine building or OEM manufacturing.
- 5+ years of experience in a Sr. leadership position- CEO or President level position
- Bachelors Degree in engineering or related principal.
- Machine building and OEM company experience.
- Experience with big picture ideas
- Leadership experience- working at a company with a lot of tenure employees, change agent in culture.
- Experience overseeing all aspects of operations- manufacturing, packaging, financial performance, business development, business goals, and organizational growth.
- Small sized business experience- 10-100 million is preferred but, for the right person- open to seeing candidates outside of that. Experience with P&L for a business unit of similar size. (10 million, 45 employees)
- Experience with private equity groups or investment transitions.
- Experience with international expansion.
- Experience moving warehouses to a new location.
- Masters of business administration or related principal.
- Experience bringing in new product lines to an organization.
- Run and driven sales background- experience working directly with sales teams to help generate and create new revenue.
