Culligan Quench is looking for a Regional Sales Director in our Mid-Atlantic region to lead two teams of Field Account Executives – one team directly and the other through a reporting Sales Manager. The role requires excellent communication, organizational, coaching, staff development, performance management, time management, internal relationship building and problem-solving abilities. Reporting to the Regional Vice President of Sales, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our sales organization in this critical region of our operations. Responsibilities
- Achieve budgeted sales goals for the assigned teams.
- Drive self-generated, outbound business.
- Create a customer-oriented, high-performance sales culture through an appropriate combination of technology, teamwork, and process.
- Oversee and actively manage sales activities and key performance metrics on a daily basis.
- Recruit, hire, evaluate, train, and manage team in accordance to budget in support of revenue objectives.
- Develop and execute a vertical-focused sales plan, dependably delivering monthly revenue targets.
- Actively manage and drive funnel growth and provide reliable forecasts to senior management on a weekly basis.
- Direct implementation and execution of sales policies and practices in accordance with company guidelines.
- Collaborate with various internal departments to grow sales and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in sales management.
- Proven success in managing regional or national sales performance.
- Demonstrated ability to improve year-over-year results.
- Ability to work independently and build high-performing teams.
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com highly preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
