Job Overview
The Analyst, Business Systems plays a critical role in ensuring smooth operations and efficient support for Authorized Retailer employee provisioning, Enterprise Sales Code Assignment, and Retail location set up and maintenance. The Analyst, Business Systems combines technical expertise, attention to detail, and strong communication skills to support internal and external customers and outsources partners, optimize processes, and contribute to overall operational excellence.

Corporate Bonus Target: 10%

Job Responsibilities:
- Authorized Retailer Neighborhood (AR-N) Provisioning Support: Collaborate with AR-N backoffice points of contact (POCs) to facilitate seamless onboarding and provisioning processes. Address inquiries related to dealer accounts, access, and system permissions. Serve as the liaison between dealers and internal backoffice teams. Resolve issues promptly and maintain strong relationships. Advocate for streamlined end-user provisioning processes. Submit and follow up on provisioning defect tickets.
- Sales Code Audits:Review and validate sales codes status in Sailpoint and CRM. Analyze complex data sets to prioritize actions. Organize and address multiple issues effectively.
- Root Cause Analysis and Process Documentation: Investigate issues, identify root causes, and propose solutions. Update process documentation to reflect improvements.
- Relationship Building and Proactive Issue Identification: Collaborate with partners, customers, leadership, and peers. Anticipate and address potential challenges.
- Manual Sales Code Creation: Extract relevant data from SAP CRM and Workday systems. Organize work for outsourced partner to complete sales code creation for employees who transferred to a new channel.
- Outsourced Partner Audit the Auditor and Time-Motion Studies: Participate in audits to ensure compliance with internal processes and standards. Verify accuracy and completeness of data. Validate established average handle times for subprocesses remain up-to-date in light of process changes.
- Other responsibilities as dictated by emerging business needs.
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Information Management, or related field (Preferred)
- 3-5 years Working experience of systems analysis experience with understanding strategic business information systems. (Required)
