We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Account Manager, Partnership Strategy & Service to assist team members with managing a portfolio of corporate partners, ensuring the successful delivery of contractual assets and activation plans. This role focuses on fostering strong client relationships, overseeing day-to-day activation efforts, and contributing to the growth and retention of partnerships. This position is ideal for a mid-level professional looking to deepen their account management expertise and grow within a fast-paced, dynamic team.

What You Will Do
Account Management & Client Relations:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partners, ensuring satisfaction and alignment with their business objectives.
- Develop and implement activation plans tailored to partner goals, tracking progress and outcomes.
- Conduct regular check-ins with partners, documenting all communications in the Player 15 Group CRM (KORE Interactive).
- Address partner questions and concerns promptly, escalating issues to senior leadership as needed.
- Coordinate the delivery of all contractual assets to ensure deadlines are met.
- Track and report on activation performance, providing updates to partners and internal stakeholders.
- Assist in preparing Monthly Pulse Reports, Bi-Annual Recaps, and Annual Year-End Reports for assigned accounts.
- Identify opportunities to enhance partnerships by introducing additional assets or services.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Solutions team to develop creative upsell proposals.
- Support senior team members in presenting and closing upsell opportunities.
- Contribute to renewal efforts by preparing detailed reports and insights that demonstrate partnership value.
- Assist in crafting renewal proposals and presentations, working closely with senior team members.
- Participate in renewal negotiations, ensuring alignment with partner expectations and goals.
- Work closely with internal teams to align partner objectives with organizational resources.
- Participate in team brainstorming sessions to develop innovative activation ideas and strategies.
- Client Focus: Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset and the ability to build lasting relationships.
- Organizational Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation abilities.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., KORE) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in sponsorship, account management, or a related field, preferably within the sports or entertainment industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field.
