Sr. Construction Project Manager

  • Oversee all phases of construction projects, including coordinating labor, materials, and equipment; ensuring adherence to project specifications; maintaining open communication with clients; and keeping the project on schedule.
  • Collaborate with Estimators and manage the full contract lifecycle from start to finish.
  • Compile billing quantities by working closely with field superintendents and foremen to gather accurate field data.
  • Manage all project-related accounts receivable (A/R) functions—review and reconcile monthly quantities, generate pay applications, and track payment status.
  • Handle cost control activities, including reviewing and approving project expenses and labor, conducting financial audits at project closeout, and evaluating cost-saving best practices.
  • Submit material data sheets and project schedules to clients as needed.
  • Participate in pre-bid and pre-construction meetings to review, interpret, and communicate client blueprints, specifications, and contract documents.
  • Develop project phasing plans and obtain necessary traffic control permits.
  • Ensure that all required project permits and utility locates are secured.
  • Communicate change order details to the estimating team for pricing and relay updates to both clients and internal stakeholders via phone, email, or other channels.
  • Coordinate with client representatives on billing confirmations and collaborate with subcontractors and vendors throughout the project.
  • Support special assignments and projects as directed by management.
  • Adhere to all on-site safety requirements, including wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE) such as hard hats, safety glasses, and high-visibility vests.
  • Work effectively in a team setting with diverse individuals, demonstrating strong communication and organizational skills.
