Purpose of the Job

The Project Coordinator will provide execution support to a key client team including project detail entry project change management production status tracking and production schedule coordination. They will handle multiple projects simultaneously and work cross-functionally with project managers, clients, engineering, quoting, production, shipping, and validation of billing. The Project Coordinator will ensure timeline execution of projects and represent HH Global values at all levels.

This will be a hybrid position based in Cincinnati, Ohio. This role will be required to be in office 2-3 days per week, with the ability to work from home the remaining days.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily project activities attend project update meetings and analyze project success.
  • Work with appropriate departments to craft the project plan and scope of work for projects and facilitate the definition of project scope goals and deliverables.
  • Confirm and identify client needs challenges and opportunities to develop viable solutions.
  • Document and create any change requests required.
  • Create and maintain activity and progress reports for internal and external clients.
  • Understand contacts and work with internal teams to develop project time frames set proper expectations with the internal teams for the beginning and end dates times of a project
  • Properly notify management of any pending or current escalations relating to the project or items that could impact the success of the project.
  • Consult with design and engineering teams to define production and aesthetic standards for displays.
  • Retrieve client documentation needed for the product ordering department
  • Facilitate accuracy of intended item mixes between the client/vendor, the design department, and the product ordering department

Knowledge, Skills + Experience

  • 1+ year of coordinator level experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to coordinate with members of different departments as well as customers to ensure that time schedules are being met.
  • Self motivation and ability to work independently.
  • Ability and willingness to learn understand and follow up documented work procedures.
  • Ability to manage time and workload and the ability prioritize and modify priorities accordingly.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to act under pressure to develop critical paths for projects.

For Ohio based applicants: The US base salary range for this position is $50,000 to $56,000 annually. Actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors that are unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, certifications and work location. This range may be different in other locations due to differences in cost of labor. The total compensation for this package includes an annual performance bonus target in addition to base salary.
