As Director of Product, you will own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for our TEM platform. This professional must possess strong leadership, product vision, financial acumen, solid project management and exceptional communication skills. They will inspire and manage their team while overseeing roadmap, product development, P&L and financial forecasting for the product team.

They will inspire and manage their team while overseeing roadmap, product development, P&L and financial forecasting for the product team.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team, including product management, and software development
- Define and drive the product vision, strategies, goals, and objectives to align with business priorities, driving software innovation, technical excellence and business outcomes
- Translate business goals & product requirements into actionable product development plans.
- Oversee the department's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and optimizing return on investment.
- Collaborate with the executive team to identify market opportunities, evaluate emerging technologies, and develop strategic product roadmaps.
- Drive product strategy and roadmap by analyzing the competitive landscape, market and industry trends, and customer research.
- Work directly with customers and partners to understand their needs, gather feedback, and ensure successful product delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Lead recruitment and retention efforts to build a high-performing, engaged, and growth-oriented product development team
- Manage strategic partnerships with vendors and suppliers.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure the product team serves the broader business, fostering collaborative solutions with other departments.
- Collaborate with the operations team to identify and implement automation and AI solutions that enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and streamline processes.
- Champion process improvements and drive team efficiency and effectiveness across product development workflows.
- 7+ years of product management experience within the software industry across different organizations.
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in implementing product features like enhanced reporting dashboards, user experience improvements, or new modules based on client feedback.
- Experience managing multiple, globally distributed teams of engineers and other business professionals
- Strong background in software development methodologies, best practices, and modern engineering processes.
- Proficient in the operational and financial aspects of a software company, with knowledge of general business financial principles.
- Familiarity with automation frameworks and tools used in enterprise environments
- Ability to evaluate AI-driven product features
- A collaborative leader who actively listens, values diverse perspectives, and fosters a culture of open dialogue.
- Decisive and pragmatic, able to make informed decisions based on team input and data-driven insights.
- A hands-on leader who is not afraid to contribute directly, while effectively managing and prioritizing work for both them and the team.
