Position Overview

Communiboost We are seeking a highly organized and personable Receptionist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our organization, representing our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm. As a Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing front desk activities, providing excellent customer service to clients and visitors, and supporting our administrative team.

Salary Range: $16.50 - $26.00 hourly

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
• Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments.
• Manage appointment scheduling and maintain calendars for staff members.
• Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Handle inquiries and provide information about the organization to clients and visitors.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing as needed.
  
  

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment.
