We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive **Communications Representative** to join our growing team in Toledo, OH. In this role, you will support the company’s internal and external communication initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging and promoting a unified brand voice.

**Responsibilities**

• Draft, edit, and distribute company announcements, newsletters, and press materials
• Assist in the planning and coordination of communication campaigns and outreach
• Monitor and analyze communication performance to improve engagement
• Collaborate with departments to ensure messaging aligns with business objectives
• Support crisis communication efforts and prepare briefing materials as needed
• Maintain and update communication materials, ensuring accuracy and consistency
  
  

Qualifications

**Qualifications**

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in a communications or related role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
