Brief Description
The Advanced Technical Specialist - Enterprise Software is responsible for configuring, supporting, and troubleshooting DMP Enterprise Software products, with a focus on resolving escalated customer issues and ensuring seamless integration between software and hardware solutions.

The Advanced Technical Specialist - Enterprise Software is responsible for configuring, supporting, and troubleshooting DMP Enterprise Software products, with a focus on resolving escalated customer issues and ensuring seamless integration between software and hardware solutions.
Qualifications
- Degree in Information Technology, Software Development, or equivalent experience.
- Advanced knowledge of DMP software and hardware solutions.
- Experience with Apache Tomcat, Java, JDBC, Hibernate, Log4J, XML, Python, Windows, Linux, PowerShell, VMware, and Microsoft SQL preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of networking principles and database management preferred.
- Exceptional troubleshooting and customer service skills, especially under pressure.
- Creative, independent thinker with the ability to gather and retain detailed technical information.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven punctuality, excellent attendance, and a cooperative work attitude.
- Ability to set and achieve deadlines, accurately follow detailed instructions, and maintain confidentiality.
- Flexible, results-oriented team player who accepts and benefits from constructive criticism.
- Any other equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Investigates and troubleshoots Entre and SCS-VR escalated customer issues.
- Contacts customers to gather facts about incorrect product behavior.
- Identifies critical customer issues and escalates as needed while following the escalation process.
- Attends and schedules conference calls with Entre and SCS-VR customers as needed.
- Serves as a subject matter expert and escalation point for complex Entre and SCS-VR issues.
- Works closely with QA/Engineering teams and Leadership to ensure software quality and integrity.
- Documents and tracks escalated customer issues in Wintouch and JIRA software.
- Reports daily status updates to management on escalated customer issues and overall progress.
- Research technologies and tools to improve software quality and troubleshooting.
