Description

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Outreach Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating community outreach efforts, engaging with referral opportunities, and representing our services at various community events. This role requires a proactive individual who can build and maintain relationships with providers and community organizations while effectively managing marketing materials and social media.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate individual and group community outreach initiatives
  • Identify and engage potential referral opportunities
  • Plan, coordinate, and participate in community events
  • Manage and distribute marketing materials
  • Conduct Lunch and Learns/Workshops to represent Alongside services and brand
  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and community organizations
  • Oversee social media management to enhance community engagement
  • Travel locally (25% travel time) to meet with doctors, payors, and community members through out Los Angeles, Orange, San Bernardino, and Riverside counties.
