As a Project Coordinator, you will work closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, subcontractors, and clients to keep commercial construction projects organized and running smoothly. From scheduling and documentation to vendor coordination and communication, you will play a critical role in ensuring project success. This position is fully remote and open to candidates anywhere in the U.S., as long as they are available to work standard business hours of 8 AM to 5 PM Central Time.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist Project Managers in organizing and tracking project documents, schedules, and budgets
- Communicate with field staff, subcontractors, and clients to support timely execution
- Maintain records and documentation in construction management platforms
- Help schedule meetings, track milestones, and prepare reports
- Monitor progress and flag issues that require resolution
- Support various administrative and coordination tasks across multiple projects
- 2 to 4 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in commercial construction
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Proficient with Microsoft Teams and other remote collaboration tools
- Available to work 8 AM to 5 PM Central Time, regardless of location
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Pre-employment drug screen, background check, and MVR required
