Position Overview:

As an LPN Licensed Practical Nurse, you will provide essential nursing care, administer medications, and collaborate with the care team to promote residents’ health and comfort.

LPN Job Requirements:

• Valid, active LPN Licensed Practical Nurse license in Georgia
• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
• CPR certification required
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Long-term care experience preferred but not required
  
  
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments safely
• Monitor residents’ health status and document observations
• Deliver direct nursing care and assist nursing assistants
• Work closely with interdisciplinary staff to coordinate care
• Adhere to facility policies and nursing standards
  
  
  

Shift Details:

12-hour shifts from 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Both full-time and part-time roles available
