Facility: Victoria Crossing Rehabilitation

Location: Brandon, FL

Shift: Full-Time, 5:00 AM - 2:00 PM & 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM

Salary: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Prepare wholesome and nutritious meals for residents, ensuring dietary restrictions and preferences are followed.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with dietary staff to plan and execute menu options.
• Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure quality and consistency.
• Monitor and manage inventory of kitchen supplies.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations in the kitchen.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of cooking experience, with preference for experience in a healthcare setting.
• General cooking knowledge and skills.
• Knowledge of food sanitation and batch cooking techniques.
• Culinary education or background in a long-term care facility is preferred but not required.
