Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to enhance, maintain, and support Get Air’s custom software solutions. You’ll work closely with a collaborative development team to deliver high-quality web applications using PHP, HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, and MySQL. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented team player with strong communication skills and a passion for solving complex problems. Senior candidates should also bring project management and mentoring experience.

Requirements

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using PHP, HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, and MySQL.
• Collaborate with management and development teams to prioritize needs, resolve conflicts, and select optimal solutions.
• Write and edit web application content or guide others in content creation.
• Identify and resolve issues identified through testing or customer feedback.
• Ensure code is valid, well-structured, and compatible across browsers, devices, and operating systems.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and apply them to business challenges.
• Provide exceptional customer support to internal staff and external clients.
• Develop and validate test routines to ensure robust application performance.
• Meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
  
  

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience developing web applications with PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and MySQL.
• Proficiency in additional technologies (e.g., Java, Cloud Computing, Linux, Raspberry Pi, or network configuration) is a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud-based technologies and SaaS (1+ years preferred).
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with modern frameworks (e.g., Laravel, React) is a plus.
