Position Details
- Shift: Day Shift | Monday–Friday (8 hours/day)
- Setting: Inpatient, Outpatient, or Skilled Nursing (based on facility)
- Status: Full-time contract (40 hours/week)
- Start Date: ASAP or upon availability
- Pay: Competitive weekly compensation, based on experience
- Nurse-owned—we value and advocate for clinicians
- Supportive team and streamlined onboarding
- Contract flexibility with options for extension
- Bi-weekly direct deposit and strong compensation packages
- Evaluate and treat patients with physical impairments or functional limitations
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical goals
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and coordination
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and recovery strategies
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team and maintain accurate documentation
- Active Connecticut Physical Therapist License
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- BLS certification (AHA preferred)
- 1+ year of recent PT experience preferred
- Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
