The Position
Serve as the liaison between the site and the PS AM IT Security Group. Ensure the site complies with current rules, regulations, policies, and procedures within IT security. Primary contact and representative for site IT/OT security information.
Relationships
Reports to Director or Manager.
Essential Functions
Ensure that DD&IT for the site complies with current rules, regulations, policies, and procedures within IT security, incl. OT
Constantly evaluate possibilities to strengthen IT and data security at own site, in collaboration with DD&IT Global Information Security (GIS)
Act diligently as the point of contact, liaison, response coordination, and escalation for IT security matters at own site
Take ownership of documentation activities related to IT security
Review and secure continuous development of applicable SOPs and guidelines, to include immediately notifying the PS AM IT Security Group, PS IT Security and the system owner if an IT security incident arises, with reference to the IT Security incident response plan
Identify data security breaches and recommend remediation of security weaknesses
Perform potential security audits, risk assessments, vulnerability assessments, and analysis, including vendors
Accountable for providing the initial input for level 1 exceptions, as exceptions are used if mandatory security controls cannot be followed
Maintain an overview of local equipment owners, to include asset management for all devices and infrastructure on the site
Accountable for security controls monitoring and follow-up, to include ensuring vulnerability management scans and patch management
Other accountabilities as assigned
Physical Requirements
100% work scheduled based on-site at Bloomington, Indiana facility. Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reading of written documents and using computer monitor screen, reaching with hands and arms, talking, writing, listening. Occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, bending, carrying, grasping. Must comply with EHS responsibilities for the position. Working conditions will be heating ventilation and air conditioning controlled. Safety procedures must be followed to minimize exposure, including clean room gowning.
Qualifications
Highschool/GED required
Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, computer science, or related discipline, preferred
GMP/GxP Experience a plus
Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience required
Relevant professional experience from working with Corporate IT/OT Security, a plus
Must be able to read and understand English-written job instructions and safety requirements required
Skills include competencies needed to effectively perform in the role
Organized and structured way of working
Constructive attitude and solution-oriented
Ability to work in a complex and busy matrix environment
Requires adaptability, analyzing, assessing, calculating, decision making, dependability, good judgment, reading, memorizing, social skills, speaking, stress control, writing
