A Little Bit About The Position

The Workflow Support Specialists' purpose at Gemini is to effectively respond to operational needs and circumstances, adapt to processes or strategies accordingly, and review data to ensure they meet defined quality standards. As a member of the Quality Management department, the ultimate vision of the Workflow Support Specialist is to expand resources across departments.

  • Location: Rocklin, CA / Hybrid-Remote
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
  • Compensation: $24.00-$30.77 Per Hour

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, i.e., attendance, dress code and professionalism
  • Conduct comprehensive searches of relevant databases, records, and archives to verify the absence of specific records
  • Have a full understanding of how to process all order types outlined within the scope of Gemini; order types include, but are not limited to, workers’ compensation, Independent Medical Review (IMR), Subsequent Injury Fund (SIF), Serve and Close and Copy Only
  • Verify the accuracy, reliability, and integrity of data by cross-referencing it with source documents, databases, and predefined criteria
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and security when handling sensitive information and personal data
  • Provide excellent customer service addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally
  • Maintain detailed records of data audit findings, including the identification of data quality issues and corrective actions taken
  • Generate reports summarizing the results of data quality assessments
  • Collaborate with other relevant departments to address data quality issues and ensure alignment with organizational goals
  • Consistently works toward meeting company and department expectations
  • Cross-train with and provide support for other departments as needed
  • Other job duties as assigned

Experience, Skills & Abilities

  • Education and/or experience:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1-2 years of progressive experience in a related position is preferred
  • Internal transfer preferred

Skills

  • Excel in a high volume and fast-paced environment, on deadline
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload on a daily basis
  • Strong self-management aptitude and team collaboration
  • Advanced computer skills, including Google Apps and Asana management

Technology

  • Proficient using a computer, business phone, office software, video conferencing, and other computer programs including Google Workplace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail, etc.)

Functional Requirements

Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position with or without accommodation, including, but not limited to:

  • Lifting, bending, standing, climbing or walking while carrying out assigned duties
  • Keyboarding for extended periods of time (total: 4-6 hours/day)
  • Using a phone with or without a headset for extended periods (total: 3-5 hours/day)
  • Sitting and/or standing at a desk for multiple hours at a time (total: 6-8 hours/day)

Salary Description

$24.00-$30.77 Per Hour
