Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and make outgoing phone calls
- Provide information and assistance to visitors and callers
- Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars
- Check out guests and assist with the sale of retail, packages, and gift cards
- Perform other duties as assigned by management or supervisor
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and providing accurate change
- Knowledge of beauty/spa industry is preferred but not required
- Ability to handle cash transactions and operate a cash register
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience with retail math for calculating discounts, taxes, and sales totals
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
