Position Summary
The Production Planning Intern supports the Production team by performing daily tasks that ultimately serve the company’s Operations, Build, and Sales teams.

The Production Planning Intern supports the Production team by performing daily tasks that ultimately serve the company’s Operations, Build, and Sales teams.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct drone flights and related processes for neighborhoods
- Upload drone footage into company software and export relevant information
- Analyze drone footage to conduct lot investigations and provide recommendations to market teams
- Create and maintain documentation for company processes and operating procedures
- Facilitate drone related communications
- Participate in development handoff and neighborhood review meetings
- Record fit analysis results and communicate to relevant teams
- Ability to obtain FAA Part 107 certification within 2 weeks of hire
- Proficient in the use of Windows operating system and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to learn and utilize new software (CAD, Revit, LOTFITS, & DroneDeploy)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Superior analytical skills and detail oriented
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Must be at least 21 years of age to drive a company vehicle
- Occasionally required to drive personal vehicle (mileage to be reimbursed)
- Required to work at least two 8-hour days per week
- Works outdoors in a non-temperature-controlled environment, with medium-to-high noise levels (75%)
- Frequently required to stand, walk, and sit in a vehicle
- Occasionally required to walk, stand, lift, climb, pull, or push objects weighing up to 40 pounds
- Works in a temperature-controlled office environment, with low noise levels (25%)
- Prolonged periods of sitting required
