The Marketing Manager – Growth is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns to generate leads, drive adoption, and bolster client retention for vRad’s teleradiology services and technology solutions. While this is a manager-level role with strategic responsibilities, it is also hands-on. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable developing campaign strategy and rolling up their sleeves to write copy or coordinate a video shoot. You will work with a collaborative internal team and trusted external partners but must thrive in a lean, fast-paced environment.
Candidates should be prepared to demonstrate relevant B2B experience and the ability to design and execute effective strategies to generate results.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Campaign Planning
- Collaborate with product, sales, and executive stakeholders to align marketing efforts
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing and communications strategies across multiple channels to achieve business growth and client retention objectives
- Develop and manage annual campaign plans, budgets, and calendars
- Collaborate with external PPC, SEO, and video production partners
Marketing Execution & Content Creation
- Lead and contribute to the creation of effective content and communications
- Partner with internal team to write compelling, client-centered copy for emails, webpages, blog stories, sales collateral, etc.
- Concept and manage the production of videos with external partner
- Create campaign messaging and assets in collaboration with internal and external PPC partners
- Develop online and in-person event strategies, collaborate on execution and logistics with internal team
- Create basic visuals and presentations using Canva and PowerPoint, collaborate with external partners for more advanced needs
Performance & Optimization
- Use HubSpot to execute campaigns and monitor performance
- Analyze data to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies
- Provide regular reporting on KPIs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
- 7+ years of progressively responsible marketing experience
- Healthcare industry experience (radiology or healthcare technology a plus)
- Relevant service/product marketing ownership experience
- Thrives in a hands-on environment with a mix of independent and collaborative work
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience planning and executing B2B campaigns
- Proficiency in HubSpot strongly preferred
- Familiarity with SEO, PPC, and paid social
- Fluency with PPT and Canva
- Experience with video production and storyboarding
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects independently
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
