A Brooklyn-based healthcare company is actively seeking an experienced Marketing professional to join their staff as their VP of Marketing & Branding. In this role, the VP of Marketing & Branding will lead and execute high-impact strategies that drive brand awareness, patient acquisition, referral growth, and business expansion, while overseeing a multi-functional marketing team and aligning all efforts with broader business objectives.


The VP of Marketing & Branding will:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with growth objectives, focusing on patient acquisition, referral partnerships, and brand engagement
  • Strengthen brand positioning and messaging across all communication channels to reinforce the organization’s value proposition
  • Lead digital marketing initiatives, including paid and organic campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Meta, to maximize conversions and return on investment (ROI)
  • Oversee SEO and content development strategies in collaboration with SEO experts and copywriters to improve search rankings and generate inbound leads
  • Drive lead generation and referral growth strategies to optimize conversion rates and reduce patient drop-off
  • Establish and monitor KPIs such as Start of Care (SOC) metrics, referral conversions, cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS) using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Salesforce, and Tableau
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation and a high return on investment
  • Provide strategic leadership and oversight to the marketing team, including the Director of Marketing and Director of Branding
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and technology teams to align marketing with engagement strategies and growth initiatives
  • Oversee marketing automation and CRM workflows using platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, and Mailchimp to nurture leads and improve engagement
  • Perform other duties, as needed


Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in Marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Proven success in digital marketing, branding, and referral conversion
  • Strong analytical and leadership capabilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, HubSpot, and Salesforce


Desired Skills:

  • Experience in the healthcare, home health, or digital health industry
  • Background in both B2B and B2C marketing, with a focus on patient acquisition and referral-based growths
  • Experience managing vendor contracts and external agency relationships
  • MBA or advanced degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
