We're Hiring: Senior Recruiter!
We are seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead our talent acquisition efforts and shape the future of our workforce. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of recruitment strategies, candidate sourcing, and relationship building with both candidates and hiring managers.
Location: Jacksonville, FL (Remote options available for East Coast candidates)
Pay Rate: $43 – $48/hr (W2)
Schedule: Full-time, 12-month contract
What You'll Do
Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent
Source, screen, and interview candidates across various roles
Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer negotiation
What We’re Looking For
Minimum of 6 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
Proficient in using industry job boards, social media platforms, and candidate tracking systems (Kenexa/Brass Ring or comparable ATS).
Background in ship repair, shipbuilding, or skilled trades recruitment strongly preferred.
Experience recruiting in OFCCP-compliant environments and creating recruiting plans
