The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to our Executive Leaders. To be successful in this role, you’ll need to be exceedingly well organized, handle a range of sophisticated assignments requiring the use of experience, innovation and judgment, while working closely with the executive and their sources!

The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to our Executive Leaders. Responsibilities/Expectations:
- Provides administrative and clerical support for one or more persons, including work of a confidential nature
- Responds to inquiries from our internal and external business partners
- Assists in the technical and functional services of the department by providing support on projects, invoice management, preparing documents for approval, preparing presentations, monitoring data, reporting
- Maintains cost center data and analysis
- Assists with preparation of budgets and forecasts
- Supervises work of personnel on assigned projects
- Mentors others
- Other duties as assigned
- Required: High school diploma or GED; a minimum five (5) years’ experience supporting executive management
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority
- Needs advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Application and PC skills, including Microsoft Teams
- Excellent time management skills, including the coordination of executive meetings, calendars and travel
- Demonstrates ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
- Preferred: Beginner to Intermediate knowledge of SharePoint
