We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced QA Inspector to join our team in Norfolk, VA.

What You'll Do
- Creates written records to document the inspection results and provide supporting documentation to the Test and Inspection plan.
- Ensure all QA inspection equipment being utilized is calibrated and certified.
- Evaluate results from tests and inspections to determine acceptability.
- Conduct in-process inspections.
- Prepare and distribute of weekly QA metrics.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in quality assurance or inspection roles.
- Must hold a current visual inspection certification.
- Must be able to perform the essentials of the position including the ability to work at heights, enter tanks, voids and cofferdams to perform competent person duties.
- Ability to read and understands blueprints, precision instrument utilization and technical manual interpretation.
- Possess a good knowledge of ship repair procedures and test requirements.
