We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Care Specialist (CCS) to join our team. The ideal candidate will display exceptional active listening, planning and organizing, prioritizing, flexibility, and adaptability. The CCS will primarily serve as a point of contact for customers, providing support, answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience that reflects our companys commitment to excellence. **Duties and Responsibilities**

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person
• Process and curate quotations, orders, returns, exchanges, and manuals accurately and efficiently
• Address customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal departments (e.g. Sales, Shipping,
  
  

Technical Support, Engineering) to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction

• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
• Assist with customer account updates and documentation
• Identify and escalate priority issues when necessary
• Stay current on product knowledge, company offerings, and industry developments
• Assist with lead generation **Qualifications, Key Competencies, Experience**
• High school diploma or equivalent education required
• Knowledge of appropriate software including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Workspace, Adobe, and
  
  

QuickBooks. Copper CRM experience a plus.

• Valid drivers license
• Professional email and phone skills, including proper grammar
• Comfortable consistently speaking on the phone
• Basic computer skills
• Knowledge of operation of standard office equipment, basic office management, and basic admin procedures

• Manufacturing industry experience in a plus
• Small business experience is a plus
