About The Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented In Vivo Protocol Specialist to support our ongoing preclinical research. This entry-level role is ideal for a recent graduate eager to apply their life sciences knowledge in a dynamic research environment.

You'll work closely with scientists to gather study data and enter it into our Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS). Your work will directly support data integrity, reporting, and the efficient execution of in vivo studies.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with scientists and study teams to document in vivo study protocols and assay methods.
• Accurately input protocol details and experimental data into the LIMS.
• Generate standardized and ad hoc reports to support research and compliance needs.
• Maintain accurate and current digital records, including protocol amendments.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
• Familiarity with in vivo studies, laboratory workflows, or assay protocols.
• Comfortable learning and using digital lab systems such as LIMS or ELN.
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience with reporting tools such as Excel, Spotfire, or similar platforms.
• Exposure to lab informatics systems (LIMS/ELN); training will be provided if needed.
• Understanding of regulatory or data integrity practices in preclinical labs.
