The Registered Nurse (RN) in the SE6 Cardiac Surgical Advanced Care department provides professional, evidence-based patient care, coordinating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure high standards.
- Responsibilities include maintaining patient care standards, supporting physical, emotional, and spiritual needs, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and institutional policies.
- Qualifications include graduation from an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred), valid Ohio RN license, and current AHA BLS certification. Prior hospital RN experience is preferred.
- Must demonstrate strong multitasking, organization, interpersonal, and communication skills, with basic computer knowledge. The role offers full-time shifts from 7 am to 7:30 pm, 72 hours per pay period, with a sign-on bonus.
