Seeking Registered Nurse (RN) with a salary range of USD $30.23-$48.37/hr and sign-on bonuses up to $20,000.
- Responsible for delegating, supervising, and providing age-appropriate nursing care to a designated group of patients.
- Participates in research, quality improvement, and adheres to ethical standards and nursing regulations.
- Qualifications include a Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred), Illinois RN license, BLS/CPR certification, and national certification if applicable.
- Must be able to perform patient positioning, transfers, and manipulative skills, with exposure to potential hazards.
- Annual credentialing involves mandatory inservices, competency validation, self-evaluation, and Clinical Ladder credit requirements.
- Core responsibilities include patient assessment, care planning, intervention, evaluation, delegation, supervision, communication, documentation, and collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Precepting new staff and students is also part of the role.
