Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for an ongoing clinic position in Rochester, Minnesota, starting ASAP.
- The RN is responsible for coordinating nursing care, patient/family education, and care transitions.
- Supports professional nursing practice across settings, following the Nursing Practice Model, with leadership roles such as preceptor and quality improvement activities.
- Delegates care based on skill level, patient acuity, and resources.
- Requires excellent communication, mentoring, teaching skills, and flexibility for varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must have a BSN from an accredited program or relevant RN experience.
- Current RN license and BLS certification required; additional state-specific requirements apply.
