- $3,000 sign-on bonus and full-time position with flexible 30-40 hours/week.
- Provides direct speech therapy rehab care to patients based on physician referrals, adhering to all laws and standards.
- Requires MS or MA in speech therapy, ASHA certification or eligibility for CFY, and active state licensure. Prior post-acute care experience preferred.
- Must maintain CPR certification and demonstrate proficiency in communication, documentation, and therapy software.
- Performs patient assessments, sets goals, and evaluates care, including supervising CFYs if applicable.
- Maintains professionalism, confidentiality, and adherence to policies, with a focus on patient rights and safety.
- Additional duties include community health participation, interdisciplinary teamwork, and emergency procedures.
