JOB SUMMARY:

The Cavaliers Operating Company, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical 'CRM Coordinator' to support the administration, optimization, and strategic use of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform across all organizational properties, including the Cleveland Cavaliers, Cleveland Charge, Cleveland Monsters and Rocket Arena.

Reporting to the 'Sr Marketing Technologist', this role will work closely with multiple departments to ensure CRM processes, data integrity, and analytics drive business decisions, fan engagement, and revenue growth across the entire organization.

NOTE:

  • We are unable to sponsor, OR take over sponsorship of employment visas. To be considered for this role, candidates MUST be legally authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
  • This is an ONSITE position requiring working in person a minimum of 4 days per week. Local candidates preferred.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in the overall administration for the organization's Customer Relationship Management software.
  • Manage day-to-day quality of data in the CRM system.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for user inquiries.
  • Gather and document user requirements for new development.
  • Develop user forms, workflows, queries, and reports.
  • Set up and monitor user access and security rights.
  • Manage training processes for users, including creating and updating training materials.
  • Participate in CRM user group meetings and technical meetings with external consultants.
  • Create and manage new business processes rooted in the CRM system.
  • Develop techniques to identify, extract, and analyze data to support business decisions.
  • Propose and disseminate process improvements and best practice research to advance the organization's analytical capabilities.
  • Research CRM-related technologies and provide recommendations on new opportunities.
  • Contribute positively to the culture of the organization.
  • Advocate for the use of data in driving business decisions.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative and/or business field required (Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Statistics, Data Science, etc.).
  • Minimum 1+ year of demonstrated professional experience in a similar role.
  • Working knowledge of relational databases and data structure.
  • Knowledge and experience using CRM software (preferably Salesforce).
  • Knowledge and experience using data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, R, Python).
  • Knowledge and experience using SQL.
  • Knowledge and experience using Business Intelligence and reporting software (Tableau preferred).
  • Ability to create, implement, and manage business processes.
  • Willingness and ability to manage multiple projects across multiple departments simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated individual with the ability to start and complete tasks independently.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively work and communicate with both technical and business-minded professionals.
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
