Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct training needs assessments across clinical and administrative departments.
- Develop and deliver training programs on topics such as patient safety, compliance, leadership, and soft skills.
- Support onboarding and continuing education for healthcare professionals (e.g., nurses, technicians, administrative staff).
- Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and create targeted development plans.
- Ensure training programs comply with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, OSHA, Joint Commission standards).
- Evaluate training effectiveness using metrics such as patient outcomes, employee performance, and satisfaction surveys.
- Manage Learning Management Systems (LMS) and maintain accurate training records.
- Coordinate with external training providers, accrediting bodies, and professional associations.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, Education, or a related field, or commensurate experience.
- 5+ years of experience in talent development, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and project management skills.
- Experience with LMS platforms and e-learning tools.
- Understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare operations
