Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify new market opportunities and customer segments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.

Marketing Strategy:

  • Oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
  • Lead market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy.
  • Manage digital marketing, content creation, public relations, and events.
  • Collaborate with product and customer success teams to align messaging and positioning.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the executive team to align sales and marketing goals with overall business objectives.
  • Partner with finance to develop budgets, forecasts, and ROI analysis.
  • Support product development with market insights and customer feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in sales and marketing leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and data analytics.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.
