- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive experience in sales and marketing leadership roles.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and market expansion.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and data analytics.
