Process Engineer - Wafer Fabrication

As our Wafer Fabrication Process Engineer, you’ll be at the heart of innovation — sustaining, optimizing, and evolving our manufacturing processes. Your work will directly influence the quality, yield, and performance of our next-generation MEMS sensors, from concept to high-volume production. You won’t just be keeping processes running — you’ll be driving them forward.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Sustain and optimize high-volume MEMS wafer fabrication processes.
• Develop and set up new processes for next-generation MEMS products.
• Analyze the manufacturing processes and implement improvements
• Collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing, Product Management, Quality, and suppliers to develop new sensor products

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Master’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in MEMS or semiconductor manufacturing steps.
• Strong data analysis skills and familiarity with statistical process control.
• Strong written communication skills: ability to write clear and concise documentation.
• Self-directed, able to learn, creative, and goal-oriented team player. Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization and work across multiple projects and teams.
• Computer skills: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of data analysis software (e.g., JMP), programming languages (e.g., Python, C++), layout editor (e.g., L-Edit), typical product documentation (DFMEA / PFMEA, Control Plan), exposure to R&D projects – any of this will be a plus.
