Description

Manage Content marketing and events for the External Fulfillment team focused on 3rd party sellers on Amazon. Create go-to-market campaigns or increase adoption of products that are launched. You will impact the businesses of thousands of sellers by influencing them to adopt features that can help their businesses grow.

You will engage with multiple product managers to understand their product roadmap and help determine and execute communication campaigns across multiple channels and seller segments.

You will manage both one-off campaigns as well as long-term automated marketing journeys.

You will also coordinate and manage our event strategy at 3rd party industry conferences and Amazon's flagship US conference: Accelerate. This will entail creating a roadmap of events, managing and allocating budget, determining creative activations, and executing org wide presence at events.

Key job responsibilities

Manage marketing initiatives which are aligned to the broader strategy of the External Fulfillment team, and which will help either gain adoption of already launched features, or go-to-market with new features.

You will design content for communication campaigns, across multiple channels and tools to execute outreach journeys which address targeted audiences. Define requirements and data plug-ins to trigger campaign automation, and engage with legal and technical stakeholder to set up requirements to automate campaigns. Analyze input data to create audience segmentation, and campaign output data to measure campaign execution in terms of marketing KPI’s and impact on business objectives. Manage agency/vendor deliverables, ensuring quality, accuracy, launch dependencies and timelines. Influence campaigns to reflect product(s) value propositions and drive adoption by conducting audience segmentation, adapting channel mixes, developing creative messaging, A/B testing, and ideating promotions. Support coordination with marketing teams from other Marketplaces within Amazon to replicate and adapt campaigns.

You will also work across the org to coordinate our presence at industry events. Owning the roadmap of events, proposing creative and engaging activations, and determining ROI of event activities.

Basic Qualifications

  • 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
  • Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels
  • Experience with paid media and owned and operated channels (i.e. email, onsite, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing external partners to develop marketing programs
  • Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives
  • Usage of internal Amazon marketing tools such as Pardot & Knak

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $98,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $179,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
