About The Role
- Works in close collaboration with Head of L&D as part of the wider multi-location People Team, delivering a full L&D service across the firm.
- Regular collaboration with wider People team on all HR matters and projects in relation to L&D.
- Frequent collaboration with People Managers and Buddies across the firm to support learning and development.
- Liaison with external contacts (such as systems providers and trainers).
- Positive liaison and representation of the firm with new Non student starters.
- To assist the Head of L&D with the implementation and ongoing administration of the firms LMS system.
- To set up and administer training delivery to all areas of the business including, but not exclusive to, Service Lines, People Managers and individuals as directed by the Head of L&D.
- To support the Head of L&D with the design and delivery in all areas of training.
- To support the Head of L&D with ad hoc projects as and when required.
- To collaborate with the wider People Team in respect of any training initiatives.
- To understand and deputise for the Senior Learning and Development Consultant for Students.
- To build strong relationships with external contacts.
- A strong verbal communicator, with the ability to build constructive and positive relationships.
- Strong IT Skills.
- Ideally confidence to creatively design and deliver training courses or a willingness to develop these skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to view a problem from different perspectives in order to identify the best solution for the business.
