  • Solutions Analysis
  • Analyze specific problems and issues to find the best solutions. Solutions could be technical or professional in nature.
  • Compliance
  • Highlight shortcomings in compliance processes, systems and procedures and suggest appropriate improvements. Work is focused on an assigned unit or discipline.
  • Regulatory Affairs
  • Take responsibility for managing and delivering a designated work program.
  • Data Collection and Analysis
  • Conduct research using primary data sources and select information needed for the analysis of key themes and trends.
  • Regulatory and Compliance Management
  • Investigate a variety of incidents and reports and provide expert advice to more senior colleagues. Minimize risk exposures and ensure adherence with regulatory standards by working with all internal functions to make sure compliance programs are properly implemented.
  • Needs Assessment
  • Investigate questions relating to existing programs, processes and procedures.
  • Client & Customer Management (internal)
  • Help colleagues manage client and customer relationships by using relevant client systems.
  • Document Preparation
  • Organize and prepare complex documents using a variety of applications. Also responsible for gathering and summarizing data for special reports.
  • Project Management
  • Work within an established project management plan to achieve specific goals.
  • Policy Development and Implementation
  • Help develop procedures for an area of the organization and monitor their implementation.
  • Organizational Risk Management
  • Ensure the organization is not exposed to undue risks by using risk management systems to achieve specific goals within a designated area of the business.
  • Other duties, as assigned. **Knowledge/Skills/Abilities**
  • Ability to provide technical guidance when required, on analyzing data trends for use in reports to help guide decision making.
  • Ability to interpret and apply knowledge of laws, regulations and policies in area of expertise.
  • Understands numerical concepts to perform mathematical operations such as report analysis.
  • Ability to provide technical guidance when required on developing, monitoring, interpreting and understanding policies and procedures, while making sure they match organizational strategies and objectives.
  • Ability to uncover customer explicit needs and/or unforeseen opportunities and challenges and seek alignment between needs and solutions.
  • Uses clear and effective verbal and written communications skills.
  • Ability to analyze potential solutions and create recommendations based on the expected benefits, costs, and overall value of the solution for key stakeholders.
  • Ability to acquire, organize, protect and process data to fulfill business objectives.
  • Ability to explore the depth and breadth of a problem, draw out the implications of not changing, and help articulate the value of a solution.
  • Ability to conduct gap analysis between current and future states to identify components of the overall change strategy.
  • Ability to manage projects and/or programs within desired cost, time and quality parameters. **What you need**
  • Bachelors degree required. In lieu of degree, 6 years relevant experience required. ```{=html}

  • Must have 3 years experience in compliance, analysis, government relations, legal, auditing, or r lated field. **Bonus if you have**
  • Compliance Certification Preferred.
  • Experience seeking and/or maintaining a form of Healthcare

Compliance Accreditation preferred.

  • Experience in audits related to the health care field preferred.
  • Experience in health insurance or insurance regulation is preferred.
  • Hospital, health plan, privacy or government health care programs experience is preferred.
