A mini bar attendant ensures that the mini bar in each guest room at a hotel remains stocked during a customer's stay. As a mini bar attendant, your duties include bars, maintaining inventory, organizing orders, and billing customers.
- Able to handle guest's complaints and communicate to management.
- Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
- Physical mobility and stamina required, ability to follow instruction, detail-oriented, professional attitude is required, ability to work independently.
- Requires standing for long periods of time, it may be also required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Be able to complete the assigned daily task.
- Employees must at all times be attentive, friendly, helpful and courteous to all guests, managers and fellow employees.
- Maintain complete knowledge of guest room layout, locations, and room numbers/names.
- Proven job reliability, diligence, dedication and attention to detail.
- Must be flexible with working nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Good communication in English needed.
