Burg Children’s Dentistry & Orthodontics is seeking a friendly and dependable Patient Coordinator to be the smiling face that welcomes patients to our Sandy location!

As a Patient Coordinator, you'll play a key role in creating a positive and stress-free experience for every child and parent who walks through our doors. You’ll help keep the day running smoothly, support the clinical team, and make sure our families feel comfortable and cared for.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Answer phone calls and assist with patient questions
• Verify insurance, collect co-pays, and manage billing questions
• Maintain accurate records and ensure efficient front desk operations

Requirements

• Experience in a front office or customer service role (dental/medical a plus)
• Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
• Friendly and dependable with a positive attitude
• Comfortable using dental software systems
