- Collaborate with a Dynamic Team: Work with the accounting team to reconcile accounts, analyze financial performance and trends, and improve procedures. Your contributions will help provide accurate monthly and quarterly account statements.
- Exciting Projects: Support special accounting projects that make a real impact.
- Innovate and Improve: Analyze financial reports and recommend data configurations or process improvements.
- Budget Master: Assist the budget team and work with department heads to gather budget data.
- Month-End Hero: Review month-end reconciliations and compare them to the budget.
- GL Guru: Reconcile GL accounts and assist with month-end and quarter-end reconciliations to produce financial statements.
- Education: BA, BS in Accounting or Finance with at least 2 years of related work experience.
- Excel Wizard: Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (v lookups, pivots, SUM, IF).
- Accounting Expertise: GL, Bank Reconciliations, AP, AR, and reconciliations.
- Data Interpreter: Prior experience with reconciliations and interpretation of data. You will collaborate with the Controller on projects related to inventory, profitability, and budget variance.
- Tech Savvy: Experience with ERP systems like Oracle, SAP, Workday is a plus.
