Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Medical Assistant to support our vascular care team. This individual will play a critical role in bridging communication between patients and providers, assisting with clinical procedures, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in both field and surgical center settings.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Medical Assistant to support our vascular care team. This individual will play a critical role in bridging communication between patients and providers, assisting with clinical procedures, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in both field and surgical center settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a key liaison between physicians, patients, and facility staff
- Perform patient triage and prepare individuals for vascular procedures
- Assist physicians during patient examinations and treatments
- Accurately document all clinical encounters in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system
- Coordinate and schedule patient appointments as needed
- Track and manage care plans and treatment follow-ups
- Maintain medical equipment and manage clinical supply inventory
- Travel to various sites, including partner surgical centers and care facilities
- Perform additional duties as directed by the supervisor or management team
- Active Certified Medical Assistant credential
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Bilingual (Spanish/ English) is a plus
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Strong proficiency with computer systems; EMR and PACS experience preferred
- Professional demeanor and a commitment to ongoing development
- Must not be listed on the OIG exclusion list
