Reporting to a regional Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition, the Talent Acquisition Partner (TAP) is responsible for providing full lifecycle recruitment for roles within their assigned region. This role will oversee a mix of high volume and one-off recruitment requisitions, working across all areas of the Talent Acquisition function, identifying internal and external top talent. Partnering with the other members of the TA team within the assigned region, the TAP will ensure successful recruitment and outcomes for the broader team and organization.

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

Full Lifecycle Recruitment

Responsible for maintaining a full requisition load, executing end-to-end recruiting (profiling, process, sourcing, interviewing, and evaluating) across all Red Bull entities within respective region while following outlined processes and procedures as applicable Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Drive Business Partnerships

Collaborate with leadership and Talent Business Partners (TBPs) to understand organizational goals and workforce planning needs Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, TBPs, and stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs Promote transparency in the TA process by ensuring regular communication with hiring teams and members of Talent

Strategic Thinking

Adapt recruitment strategies in response to changing business needs and market conditions Develop creative solutions to overcome recruitment challenges Stay informed about industry trends and challenges to attract top talent

Data-Driven Insights & Technology

Analyze recruitment metrics and market trends to inform and improve talent acquisition strategies Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies to streamline processes

Recruitment Marketing

Leverage social media platforms for employer branding and candidate outreach Use hiring resources, provide talent context, and use networking skills to help meet talent needs Implement strategies to attract a diverse candidate pool and promote an inclusive hiring process

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting/talent acquisition with an emphasis on DEI
  • Knowledge of CPG a plus
  • Adaptable communication skills and the ability to influence and drive decision making
  • A history of proactive delivery against talent needs

This position is open to U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or individuals who are currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.

The base salary range for this position is $92,000 - $138,00+ cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
