What You Bring To SBHG
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field is required.
- (4) years of experience in mental health direct care required.
- (1) year of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Valid California Driver’s License required.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate team members to ensure they meet performance and service delivery standards.
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to the case management team to address complex client needs and improve outcomes.
- Monitor and assign caseloads to ensure equitable distribution and efficient use of resources.
- Ensure timely completion of case documentation.
- Participate in on-call crisis rotation to support team members in crises, providing guidance and direct assistance as needed
- Identify training needs for team members and coordinate relevant professional development opportunities.
- Facilitate team-building activities and skill development workshops.
- Outpatient community-based program
- Serves clients (ages 18 plus)
- Housing, Education, and Vocational Support
- Individual and family Counseling
- Medication management and support services
