What You Bring To SBHG


  • Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field is required.
  • (4) years of experience in mental health direct care required.
  • (1) year of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.


Case Management experience highly preferred


  • Valid California Driver’s License required.


How You Will Make a Difference


  • Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate team members to ensure they meet performance and service delivery standards.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and support to the case management team to address complex client needs and improve outcomes.
  • Monitor and assign caseloads to ensure equitable distribution and efficient use of resources.
  • Ensure timely completion of case documentation.
  • Participate in on-call crisis rotation to support team members in crises, providing guidance and direct assistance as needed
  • Identify training needs for team members and coordinate relevant professional development opportunities.
  • Facilitate team-building activities and skill development workshops.
