Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead daily operations of concrete crews, subcontractors, and site activities.
- Plan and coordinate concrete pours, placement, finishing, curing, and all related tasks.
- Read and interpret blueprints, project specifications, and schedules to guide field operations.
- Ensure work is completed to safety standards, project plans, and quality expectations.
- Maintain accurate daily reports, logs, and site documentation.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, inspectors, and vendors.
- Efficiently manage materials, equipment, and labor resources to meet project goals.
- Proactively identify and resolve field issues to maintain productivity and safety.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Concrete Foreman or Superintendent in commercial or industrial concrete projects.
- Proven expertise in structural concrete placement, forming systems, rebar installation, and advanced finishing techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and motivate diverse work crews.
- OSHA safety certification is a plus.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in reading and understanding construction plans and specifications.
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.

- Primarily based in Tulsa, OK, with work on projects throughout the Tulsa Metro area
- Travel to regional project sites as needed, with per diem and travel expenses covered for extended assignments.
