Position Summary
The position of Document Imaging Clerk is responsible for performing routine and intermediate duties related to consumer and business loan accounts and documentation.
Essential Duties
Duties performed by the Document Imaging Clerk include:
Knowledge of personal computers and data processing systems associated with loan operations is required. Knowledge of automation principles and current software/hardware applications is essential. Advanced computer skills including Internet operations are highly desirable. This job requires the ability to meet established deadlines, work productively in groups and individually, communicated effectively in writing and orally, operate standard office equipment, work extended hours occasionally, and travel to various bank locations and training activities as needed

The position of Document Imaging Clerk is responsible for performing routine and intermediate duties related to consumer and business loan accounts and documentation.
Essential Duties
Duties performed by the Document Imaging Clerk include:
- Provide quality customer service
- Answer department phone calls
- Synergy Document Imaging: image all loan department documentation including but not limited to new/renewed loan documents and misc. daily incoming collateral/credit documents
- Daily – Check in New Loans Files & Edits on Tickler Tracking System
- Daily – File and Maintain Promissory Notes
- Set up/Order/File retention records & file boxes for documents imaged
- Quote verbal and written payoffs to customers, title companies, auto dealers, etc….and renewal payoffs to lending staff.
- Cross train within department
- Back-up Participation processing: payment transactions, rate and payment change notifications, SBA sold payment processing
- Back-up Post online loan transactions on 20/20 Loan System
- Interoffice mail bags - Sort department inter-office mail and U.S. mail – morning and afternoon.
- Process & retention of loan returned mail
- Control and maintain system for Original Certified Titles, Interim construction plans, SBA & HLC (ARM) onsite loan files retention
